What You Can Expect
- Contribute to real projects: Support design, surveying, field work, construction inspection, data analysis, permitting, and reporting under the guidance of experienced engineers and environmental consultants.
- Learn by doing: Shadow site visits, participate in project reviews, contribute as an inspector on active construction projects, and get exposure to the full project lifecycle.
- Build tools & skills: Develop technical skills using AI, AutoCAD Civil 3D, drones, GIS and data collection; strengthen professional skills through client communication and documentation; gain construction materials testing certification, and learn safety best practices.
Mentorship & Growth
- Dedicated Mentors: Regular check-ins, feedback, and goal setting.
- Team Access: Participate in design reviews, department meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
